RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

1. GENERAL INFORMATION

At BLAGEUR, we value customer satisfaction and strive to ensure a smooth return or exchange process for all our clients—both individuals (B2C) and businesses (B2B).

If you're not completely satisfied with your order, you may return or exchange eligible items within the timeframes and conditions outlined below.

Please note: Items returned to any other address will not be accepted.


3. RETURN PERIOD

  • Consumers (B2C): You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, in accordance with EU consumer law.

  • Businesses (B2B): Returns are accepted within 14 days, unless otherwise agreed upon in a separate commercial contract.


4. CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS

Returned items must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • With all original tags and packaging intact

  • Not marked as final sale, personalized, or promotional items

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.


5. HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

  1. Email us at info@blageur.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Pack the item securely, including your order confirmation or packing slip.

  3. Ship the return to our return address using a trackable service. We are not responsible for lost return packages.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was faulty or incorrect.


6. EXCHANGES

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.


7. REFUNDS

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a fault on our part.


8. DEFECTIVE OR WRONG ITEMS

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with clear photos and a description of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
