These Terms & Conditions govern all purchases made via the Blageur / Cloutghent website. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Products & Services

Blageur offers both physical and digital products, including but not limited to clothing, underwear, and digital gift cards. We sell to both consumers (B2C) and businesses (B2B).

2. Orders & Payments

We accept the following payment methods:

• Apple Pay

All prices include VAT. Orders must be paid in full before shipment, unless otherwise agreed.

3. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship to:

• Belgium

• The Netherlands

• Luxembourg

• Germany

• France

• Spain

Standard shipping cost: €6.85 per order.
Estimated delivery time: 1–5 working days, depending on destination.
We use reliable carriers (e.g., PostNL, Bpost, DHL).

4. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)

You have the right to withdraw your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with EU law.

IMPORTANT CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS:

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original, unopened packaging.

• Underwear and opened packages cannot be returned, due to hygiene regulations.

• T-shirts and other clothing items may be returned if they are unworn and in their original condition.

To return an item:
Email us at info@blageur.com within 14 days of delivery. We will provide return instructions. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

5. Warranty

We offer a legal warranty on all products.
Note: Warranty is void if the item has been worn or washed.

6. Complaints

We guarantee a response within 24 hours on business days.

All agreements and disputes are governed by Belgian law. Any legal disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in Dendermonde, Belgium, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
